About

Cyndy Hillier

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cyndy has been ED of Tualatin Together since 2011.

“I got involved with Tualatin Together because I saw how addiction was tearing up my own family as well as the unbearable shame I felt for not being able to keep my family “in order.” Digging into the science of prevention has brought hope and ignited a passion to serve our community in a way that builds safety nets for youth through education, environmental changes and community engagement.”

Delamira Gonzalez De Niz

LATINX COMMUNITY CONNECTOR

Delmira is a recent graduate from Warner Pacific University and has been on staff with Tualatin Together since 2021.

“Tualatin Together is an organization that I can proudly stand behind. Knowing that addiction can easily take over people’s lives and tear families apart; I am lucky to be able to educate myself and the LatinX Community to make safer and conscientious decisions. Overall, I strive to create positive social change and provide an accessible and inclusive environment for everyone in the community.”

Ali Hoyle

OFFICE MANAGER

Ali has been on staff with Tualatin Together since 2014.

“As a parent of four girls and a member of the Tualatin community since 2003, I am passionate about the youth in our community having every opportunity to reach their full potential.  My own life has been touched by the devastating effects of adolescent drug use and I know too well that no one would ever choose a life of addiction for themselves or for their child.  I believe that the work Tualatin Together does in the community to educate parents about protective factors and youth about the risk of underage use can impact the lives of this and future generations.”

Laura Freer

COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Laura was serving on our board of directors and got so energized about our next steps at Tualatin Together, she decided to join the team!

“I got involved with Tualatin Together because I see the importance of investing in our youth and this organizations allows me to be involved with that process. I want to help build a community that children want to return to as adults to raise their own families. I believe that children and teens with positive self-esteem value themselves and their abilities. In turn, their learning and development will be productive and will set them up for a healthy and positive future.”
