NW Substance Prevention Advocate Resource Collection (SPARC) is a newly formed group of highly motivated youth who are passionate about substance use prevention. We are a board of seven high school students from across Oregon and Southwest Washington who have come together to put our passions into action and share that with our peers across our region in the form of a NW Youth Fall Prevention Forum.
